In 2003, Wendaful Scrapbooks was born with our fist crop in a converted garage in my home. We had 8 people and lots of fun. We also had cardstock and embellishments on the walls around the table. We soon added classes and in 2006 we hosted our first retreat weekend at Jack’s barn in Salado, TX. Fourty-five people attended, we had a little shopping area, classes and it was a great weekend. After that weekend we opened our brick and mortar shop in a beautiful Victorian in downtown Temple. In 2009, we hosted our first cruise to Cozumel, Mexico we had 26 people attend and we taught classes on our days at sea. We closed our brick & mortar in 2010 and hosted our 2nd cruise to Alaska. Even though the shop was closed we kept teaching monthly classes and had a great time with that.
In February of 2018 we reopened our brick & mortar in Temple and added the Quilting side of the shop; this is what you see today. It has been a wonderful journey and we have loved meeting so many great people along the way. We hope to meet you soon too! stop by the shop and see us or sign up for a class.
