Perfect for finishing highlights, details, and effects, Copic Opaque White Ink is a waterbased pigment ink that won’t bleed into base colors.

It works great on permanent inks as well as watercolors, and comes with a fine liner brush for sharp line definition. It can be thinned with water, and cleans up easily with just warm water.
